Charlotte loves the outdoors — well, curled up with a book reading about people outdoors. When she isn't reading or tending to every whim of the admin team, Charlotte is following up with the banks and ensuring everything meets compliance. She's been in the industry so long she can remember when offices were filled with Pokémon Go monsters and One Direction still had 5 members. Her role is to understand what you want to achieve, your future goals, and everything in between. Hit her up with process questions, redraw vs offset, or if you just want to talk about cats.

Richard Fares
Mortgage Broker & Strategy Partner
Richard enjoys leisurely studying Theology and Philosophy. Based in Sydney, you can get a meeting with him if it involves coffee or a great chat. Richard has a varied background in Accounting and Banking before heading over to Mortgage Broking. When he's not broking, he's building relationships with partners from a range of fields to deliver excellent client results. His strategy-focused approach is a great complement to the team's hands-on advisory style.

The Admin Team
The admin team enjoys napping and eating — like all the time. Collectively, they are amongst the hardest working members of Eclipse Home Loans. They're there walking across keyboards to answer emails, adding their comments (rather loudly) when Charlotte is on the phone, and being generally adorable.
When they aren't answering your emails, their hobbies include staring intently at a wall, exploring the same closet they explored the day before, and really, really enjoying helping with jigsaws.
